Job opening: Need a WordPress Developer

What I am getting since last two day1s of job posting is just bunch of CVs who are just spamming around and bunch of other micro companies asking to give them money so that they can hire for us, which is pathetic.

First, there is no need of college degree. We are open to age group of 16. We believe in entrepreneurship. So let’s skip the date of war of Akbar or some other craps which you never ever got you interested. Haha! and Yes, we offer security. We’ll not hire and fire. You will be getting a minimum life-time period unless you decided to ditch us.

Actually, We are looking for someone who knows WordPress Inside Out and have strong PHP, jQuery, WordPress and HTML skills.

It will be greater if you have a portfolio and can show us impressive examples of your past work (client-facing projects, Projects on Github etc.

Mostly importantly we prefer a friendly face cause you must understand that a good customer experience is as much about communication as anything else.

You must be able to meet deadlines. You are well organised, know how much work you can handle and always deliver on-time or sooner.

Do you know WordPress plugins. We will be loving if you have implemented solutions with the majority of the most popular plugins (e.g. WooCommerce).

How manipulative are you ? Do you know how to engage a client by asking the right questions (or wrong, haha!) before estimating your work ? As a startup, we are perfectionist. Our developers are our sales team with an amazing re-hiring rate of 72% . So, you need to ensure Perfect is just good enough for you. Happy clients make you sleep well at night.

And mostly love what you do, reject a project if you don’t like without hesitation. Accept a project for someone for free. We want you to enjoy your work.

Most importantly, remain curious. You need to love expanding your skill-set and mastering new challenges.
